SOBHA Brooklyn Towers – Townpark
This a residential complex development project with 19 towers. The overall development consists of parking levels, podium with landscape & residential towers. The towers consist of RC wall and slabs with Aluminium formwork/MIVAN system. The foundation system consists of Isolated/combined & raft footings based on the soil strata & loadings.
Key Structural Components:
- 5 towers with G+3 Parking Floors + Podium +33 Floors.
- Structural system consists of RCC walls & slabs at typical floors.
