The overall development consists of parking levels, podium with landscape & hospital beds, research centre, etc. The structure consists of composite decks with steel beams & steel columns. The foundation system consists of Isolated/combined & raft footings based on the soil strata & loadings.

- 5 Blocks with 2B+G+10 Floors. (Varying No of floor for each Blocks)
