Job Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Bengaluru & Mysore, India

Candidate Profile:

• 3-8 years (or plus) of experience in Structural Design with University Master degree from Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge in advanced structural Engineering design experience with multi-level structures.
• Experience from concept development and design through to project documentation.
• Experience with building codes including US Codes, IBC ASCE, ACI and Malaysia Code of Practices.
• Experience using precast systems for high rise developments.
• Advanced experience with structural design and drafting software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, Revit, MS Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines is essential
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary:

• Independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering principles, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
• Focus on design of all types of building structures.
• Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral.
• Manage major and minor design projects from beginning to end.
• Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications.
• Development of project design criteria, design calculations, construction details.
• Plans and conducts work requiring engineering judgment. Independently develop and review the engineering drawings and guide the drafting team in producing high quality error free drawings.
• Proactively assist the team in documenting and standardization of the quality procedures. Maintain the knowledge base of the team activities.

Job Title: CAD Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, India

Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years (or plus) of experience in Structural Detailing with Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Working experience in preparation of GA drawings, elevations and section details.
• Should be able to read the drawings and understand the construction methodologies.
• AutoCAD software working knowledge is must and Revit/Tekla software working knowledge will be added advantage.
• Working experience in high-rise Structures will be added advantage.
• Should be able to work and deliver the task within the stipulated deadlines.
• Required good planning and time management skills.
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary:

• Get well versed with company CAD standards (including Indian jobs & US jobs) & maintain the same in all the projects.
• Study the architectural drawings and prepare the base drawings for start of design.
• Ensure all the engineering inputs are picked correctly and the same is checked by self and then by Team leader / Project Engineer.
• Develop the section details based on G A drawings and architectural/structural requirement for the given project.
• Coordination with services drawings and structural drawings should be done (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.,)
• Assist / communicate effectively with seniors in meeting the targets and deadlines.
• Manage minor projects from beginning to end under guidance of the seniors.

Job Title: Revit Modeler – Structures
Location: Bengaluru, India

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years (or plus) of experience in BIM Modelling with Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Working Knowledge of Structural modelling for larger and complex international projects.
• Ability to generate various Structural layouts, sections, elevations and details.
• Proficiency in Revit
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines is essential.

Job Summary:

• Primarily working on Revit and undertake drawing/modelling and concrete reinforcement detailing / scheduling for civil structures.
• Excellent REVIT skills in Modelling, Detailing and content creations
• Works with Project Lead and project engineers to communicate, problem solve and update models for coordination and design issues.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection will be an added advantage.
• Ability to produce the work First Time Right & Time Management.
• Working experience on US BIM/CAD Projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Structural principles.

Job Title: Checker
Location: Bengaluru, India

Candidate Profile:

• Should be Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical engineering from a reputed institute.
• Must have at least 6 to 10 years of experience in checking of steel structures in AISC standards.
• Capable of reading and understanding all design drawings, like Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Civil.
• SDS/2 background is an added advantage.
• Must have excellent Time Management skills and have the ability to meet tight schedule
• Should have good verbal and written communication skill.
• Should be a good team player

Job Summary:

• Should have good knowledge in AISC steel detailing standards & practices.
• Should be good in checking the entire job including model (SDS/2 or Tekla), E sheets, Detail sheets etc.
• Have the ability to understand and raise RFI for missing information.
• Knowing miscellaneous structural checking (stairs, rails, ladder etc.) is the added advantage.
• Independently review the BFA comments and have the ability to raise query to clarify and ask for change order if required.
• Should have focus on Schedule, Quality and Productivity.

Location: Bengaluru, India

Candidate Profile:

• Should be Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical engineering from a reputed institute.
• Must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in detailing of steel structures
• Capable of reading and understanding all design drawings, like Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Civil.
